No, payments on our platform are made directly through Stripe (our payment processing partner) and deposited into your account every 48 hours. Stripe will add a 2.9% payment processing fee to each order (there are no other fees for any type of credit card). Our fees include monthly service fee of $73.00 (pickup only) or $123.00 (pickup + delivery) per month. + the optional $30 / month add-on fee to accept payments directly, alternatively you can accept payments directly at your location.

Not a problem. Our system can run from any tablet and printer, so we can recommend one for you to purchase. If it’s easier, we can send you one of ours for $10/month (plus shipping). Once you’ve paid off the total cost of the device (which we’ll confirm upfront), it’s yours to keep.
